He has been employed as a Charter Captain of 37 to 46 foot sailing yachts at Dolphin Landings since January of 2000 & is a certified ASA Instructor During his 30 year career as a Manager and Human Resource Director for the State of Florida he developed and conducted numerous training and staff development activities. He also served as an instructor with the Florida Institute of Government. |
